Disowned 06:57
My blood is not as thick, as you might expect it The water pouring down, keeps me firmly on the ground People are people, yes they are – Makes no difference, near or far Family matters, torn to--- tatters, not deserving of stitching up Sad to say, they betray, void of conscience in every way Through guilt and lies, I’ve seen their show: Exploiting those who love them so Life’s so short it makes no sense, you might say, “Why not mend that fence?” But life is also a two-way street For those who can stand on their own two feet Cause blood is not thicker than water Relative hurt– it stings the worst Disowned Families can tear themselves apart all day but as people… Well– what does that really say? It’s amazing what passes for love these days: Ruthless selfishness and conniving ways Cause blood is not thicker than water Relative hurt– it stings the worst Disowned Deaf to all of your words, truly so absurd, just words… I hear only actions, you exhibit none, not one Disowned My head is not as thick as it once was, thank God No unconditional love for those who don’t deserve it--- anymore

The truth can hurt at times but I do not exist to make you feel good Just because everyone conforms definitely does not mean that you should I wield the truth like a metal blade I’m black and white and never gray Lived my life in constant motion, screaming out- Always front row! I wield the truth like a metal blade The gladiator, never afraid You may not like the things that I say If you can’t dig it, just walk away TruthBringer TruthBringer TruthBringer TruthBringer One in a million My words could make you cringe but they always had a meaning Proud father, husband, man, now one of heaven’s stars, I’m beaming I wield the truth like a metal blade The gladiator, never afraid You may not like the things that I say If you can’t dig it, just walk away TruthBringer TruthBringer TruthBringer TruthBringer You know, John Lennon said it best… Being honest may not get you a lot of friends, but it’ll always get you the right ones Music was my life and love- so think of me when you crank the volume up! I wield the truth like a metal blade The gladiator, never afraid You may not like the things that I say If you can’t dig it, just walk away TruthBringer TruthBringer

Enough 06:17
Oh Yeah… Oh Yeah…So, what you wanna know? Hurry up, I gotta go Never gonna miss the end So why should we pretend? Reaper gets us anyway It’s not like we’re here to stay To stay, No way! Enough Enough Enough Enough Enough Lord, I’ve had enough Keep on pushing all the people, far apart Just divide and conquer, break us into parts If united as a species, we’re a force But division keeps us all on a different course Enough Enough Enough Enough Enough Lord, I’ve had enough! You know, I don’t know if it’s just me but… It seems kind of crazy for us to constantly be talking about our differences as human beings. Instead of focusing on the fact that we are all… human beings. We’re all in this together. And we should be focusing on the fact that at the core, we are all the same. All the same. All the same. Ahhhhh We’re all the same Ahhhhh We’re all the same Ahhhhh We’re all the same I’m not gonna stop racism with one song. But if we wanna survive as humans, we gotta stick together and we gotta stay strong! Enough Enough Enough I’ve had enough

Get Over It 05:17
Get over it, life’s too short to groan Get over it and leave the past alone She wanted to be one with you, and you did too back then But time revealed a truth concealed– that brought it to an end Get over it, wipe your tears away, yeah Get over it, do it now, today, yeah The hardest choice, your inner voice told you what must be done You’re not soulmates, there’s no debate, admit it; no one won We thought we’d walk lockstep But she’d never be kept A wild that will not break Such a mistake Get over it, get on with your lives, yeah Get over it, memories in our archives Don’t live in the past, wasn’t meant to last, hoist the mainsail up the mast Sail away from sad, and release the mad, why dwell on what you might have had? You might have had… Get Over It! Right now Get Over It! Right now Get Over It! Right now Get Over It! Right now Get Over It! Right now Get Over It! Right now

Womb To Tomb 06:03
Self sufficient in a changing land No assistance from the government man Beam me back to a simpler time When a hard work ethic helped the people climb Up the ladders to their destinies You can’t climb if you’re on your knees This reliance that the man demands Will enslave U.S. all right where we stand If you ask me there’s a place and time To help those strugglin’, searchin’ for a dime It’s true– poverty’s no crime But it’s criminal to twist the public’s mind It’s a difference in points of view Government assists or it just intrudes Me, I reject your threats of doom Got my own back from womb to tomb Ooooooohhh I’ve got my own back From Womb to Tomb, and that’s a fact America– once a thriving land Sinking into political quicksand A land of lies and payola scams And the sad thing is it’s all by our own hands It’s a difference in points of view Government assists or it just intrudes Me, I reject your threats of doom Got my own back from womb to tomb From Womb To Tomb From Womb To Tomb From Womb To Tomb From Womb To Tomb From Womb To Tomb Ooooooohhh I’ve got my own back From Womb to Tomb, and that’s a fact It’s a difference in points of view Government assists or just intrudes I’m throwin’ off your chains of doom Got my own back from womb to tomb

Growing Old 07:40
From the time that we are born Our bodies age and grow and end up worn You’d think our minds could blossom at the same pace But they’re the sure losers if it were a race Can’t stop the aging process, Hey- That’s a given But you can grow your mind and in time If you’re diligent you’ll end up… With a sponge-like brain that sucks knowledge inside It’s up to you- how you navigate life’s ride Just go along and ebb and flow with the tide Or swim against the current and live to defy A life with no guarantees, Hey- That’s a given But what we choose to do with our time Is how we’re defined Yeeeeeahh! We’re growing old Yeeeeeahh! Can’t stop the clock, so I’ve been told Immortal promises we all were sold Yeeeeeahh! We’re growing old Enjoy each moment that life let’s you hold Until the time that we are dead We’ve got a tight window, so you best use your head Like software outpaces our use of it We’ve got to bone up our brains and reach for it From the point of self-awareness when it seems you’ll live forever No one lives forever Til you begin to realize, what’s up ahead, you see it in, the old ones’ eyeeeeeeeeeees We’re growing old Yeeeeeeeah! Can’t stop the clock, so I’ve been told Immortal promises we all were sold Yeeeeeahhh! We’re growing old Enjoy each moment that life let’s you hold

Extra 1104 07:34
Oh it’s so grand, that ever flowing, lush and lovely land The place where our kin and our legacies all began Extra 1104, 1104, 1104 Extra 1104, 1104– you’re bound for unimaginable torture Heading down track, plan to come back We are all anxious to see Where we came from, roots are German First train and then overseas Extra 1104, 1104, 1104 Extra 1104, 1104– you’re bound for unimaginable torture Spirits are high, onward we climb Departed Chicago post haste For Niagra Falls, a rush for us all Can’t stay long, there’s no time to waste We stand in awe of such a looming, deadly force Perchance a forecast of our very own doom? No time to fret, we’re boarding again real soon Full steam ahead we are back Bad storm brewing downtrack Debris floods into our path, 50 aboard won’t last Extra– 1104, 1104, 1104 Extra- 1104, 1104, 1104 On a stormy June night in 1925 a horrific train crash occurred in northwestern New Jersey. While already battling a lumber yard fire, the residents of the village of Rockport were unaware that this dark night was about to get even darker. Lackawanna Engine- Extra 1104, carrying 182 German-Americans from Chicago, was steaming toward them on doomed rails. After a scenic stop at Niagra Falls, the passengers eventually planned to board the ship Pacific in Hoboken, NJ to visit their homeland. But the storm had other plans for them... Its heavy rains piled debris onto the tracks, clogging them completely. The train plowed straight into this and immediately derailed. The boiler was ripped asunder, pouring raging hot steam into the passenger cars piled on top of it. It boiled alive all those trapped within… The boiler ripped apart in the crash So many lives whose hopes were all dashed I can’t even imagine, Oh no… It boiled alive all those trapped within The screams that pierced the stormy night’s din, I will never forget it, how could you forget it?! How could you forget it? How could you forget it? How could you forget it? How could you forget it? Extra– 1104, 1104, 1104 Extra– 1104, 1104, 1104 Angels gone to Heaven too soon, families in ruin Farmlands turned to ashen doom, sudden gloom Joyous attitudes at the start, blown apart

about

We are pleased to welcome LEVEL FIELDS to 'Pure Steel Records' for the release of their debut album– 1104. In 2015 these not-completely-unknown musicians released their first songs under this banner. Since then, interest in the band has grown beyond just the metal underground.

LEVEL FIELDS are one of the most hopeful new bands of recent years and the merger of a German-American friendship. On vocals we meet an old acquaintance from bands like AUTUMN HOUR, NON FICTION, WATCHTOWER, SEVEN WITCHES and HADES: Alan Tecchio. On bass another AUTUMN HOUR alumni: Clint Arent. The other musicians are also no strangers to the metal world: Both songwriter and guitarist Marco Ahrens and drummer Andreas "Theo" Tegeler play together in the band POVERTY'S NO CRIME. Tegeler also plays drums with LIFE ARTIST and label colleagues of BLEEDING.

LEVEL FIELDS release '1104' contains eight compositions, which should inspire every metal fan. The spectrum ranges from doomy, sluggish elements à la NON FICTION to songs with influences from Thrash, Prog and US Metal. LEVEL FIELDS have created an extraordinary piece of music! Join them on their musical journey that now begins for real thanks to the involvement of PURE STEEL records!
